Today I cooked BBQ chicken legs and augratin potatoes.
- 6 chicken legs, salted & peppered,
- Covered with about 1 cup BBQ sauce and 1/4 cup water.
Cooked 4 hrs . Hot, & falling off the bone. Delicious
- 1 box Betty Crocker augratin potates
In to the pan, according to package directions. (Do NOT skimp on liquid. The potatoes must re-hydrate and need the water.)
Cooked 4 hrs. Were probably done sooner, the sauce cooked down very thick and yummy.
