Banana Bread! I love it. Rod mixed up this quick bread from a well-used recipe. We pre-heated the oven for about 30 minutes while he was mixing up the batter, so the oven was about 250 degrees when we put the bread in. It cooked for just about 3 hours. ( It might have been done sooner, but we went shopping for a while and got back later than we thought we would). The bread was done, moist, hot, and delicious. We couldn’t resist cutting it and smearing it with butter while it was hot and so just barely remembered to take the picture.
