Solar Breakfast

You need to start early to cook breakfast in a solar oven and these cinnamon rolls were done middle of the morning.  These were frozen cinnamon rolls from the grocery store.  I set them out the evening before to thaw and rise.  The sun was barely up when we put these out at 8:00 a.m.  The temperature in the oven reached about 275 degrees.  We took the rolls out at 11:00, but they were a little over cooked so they could definitely be taken out sooner.  I glazed the top with the packaged glaze that came with the rolls.
