In the oven today, I put a quick and easy Blueberry Pineapple Crumb Cake. I dumped two small cans of pineapple tidbits, juice and all, into the graniteware pot.
Then I dumped in a small blueberry muffin mix (dry) to cover the top of the pineapple. Finally I added about 1/3 cup margarine, cut into pats, onto the top.
The cake baked for about 3 hours and was beginning to brown when we brought it in.
Yummy, the sausages were heated in the solar oven too. But this plate looks like it could use an egg too. Why didn’t I think of that an hour earlier so I could get that out in the oven too?
