Hot Rolls

Let’s face it.  In my busy world, I don’t have time to cook everything from scratch.  Fresh bread and cinnamon rolls are heavenly delicious when there is time, but I have found that the frozen rolls in the supermarket are very tasty too.

Place frozen rolls into a greased pan (or pan sprayed with PAM).  Let the rolls rise for 1 1/2  hours.  Brush top of rolls with melted butter if desired.  Bake uncovered in hot solar oven for 45 -60 minutes.   It just doesn’t get any easier than that.
