Southwestern Chip Dip is a hearty, taco flavored dip that is also good as a burrito filling.
Southwestern Chip Dip
2 15 oz cans refried beans
1 16 oz jar salsa
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
Pre-heat the solar oven while preparing the recipe.
Combine all ingredients, except tortilla chips.
Cover and place in hot solar oven.
Heat until the cheese is melted. Stir really good. And heat until everything is hot.
Serve hot with tortilla chips
